Sucker Rally Over???

I was bearish all summer until about a week ago. Started losing on my bearish trades so I turn bullish then Tuesday afternoon happened. Market run up then down. I told myself to turn bearish when the USD starts trading up. Now it's up 3-4 cents flirting with 1.10 to the Canadian dollar. I learned this week the Market is always right.

Wealth Intelligence Academy

This weekend I went to the first of two classes I am enrolled wit Wealth Intelligence Academy. My instructor was Jean Lebeau. This class will help me build a good foundation for my Real Estate business ventures. The most important point I received from the 3 day course is you need to pick the right people for your power team (Lawyer, Accountant, Mortgage Broker, Insurance Broker, and Mentor). Now I have a clear picture of how to find good real estate investments. The rule of 10, and $75 per door cashflow, so for me to leave the workforce today using Real Estate means 27 doors cash flowing $75 mean $2025 per month for me.

Think or Swim Discount Brokerage

When I was at the Rich Dad Real Estate Investing introduction. One of the junior mentors advised me about a discount brokerage company Think or Swim. It's a all in one brokerage account. I am able to trade stock, options, futures. The commission rates are alot lower then any in Canada for people with low start up captial to trade with. I am just starting out so I am learning to trade anyways so I wouldn't be putting alot of captial into the market anyways. Buy and Hope is dead so start to learn how to trade this market. It's going lower before it goes higher so learn how to short stocks.

Went to a Rich Dad real estate investing workshop and going to take the introduction workshop. I hope to learn some basic terms and techniques to real estate investing. Can't wait for the market in Canada to crash and burn so I can take advantage.

Day In the Life of My Retirement at age 40 Years Old

Dreaming I guess but looking around my workplace this isn't what I want for the next 25 years or more. When I retire at age 40 this is a day in life of me.

Wake Up at 5:30 am to 6:00 am go to the gym and workout. Come back around 8pm and read a newspaper or two. Watch some T.V and trade some stocks or commodities. Go out and check up on any of my investments (businesses, real estate). Look for new deals in and around my city. Return home for dinner then relax and reading up on how to make more money from investments.

Mark-to-marke

Mark-to-market is an accounting methodology of assigning a value to a position held in a financial instrument based on the current market price for the instrument or similar instruments. For example, the final value of a futures contract that expires in 9 months will not be known until it expires. If it is marked to market, for accounting purposes it is assigned the value that it would currently fetch in the open market.
