Wealth Intelligence Academy

This weekend I went to the first of two classes I am enrolled wit Wealth Intelligence Academy. My instructor was Jean Lebeau. This class will help me build a good foundation for my Real Estate business ventures. The most important point I received from the 3 day course is you need to pick the right people for your power team (Lawyer, Accountant, Mortgage Broker, Insurance Broker, and Mentor). Now I have a clear picture of how to find good real estate investments. The rule of 10, and $75 per door cashflow, so for me to leave the workforce today using Real Estate means 27 doors cash flowing $75 mean $2025 per month for me.

Think or Swim Discount Brokerage

When I was at the Rich Dad Real Estate Investing introduction. One of the junior mentors advised me about a discount brokerage company Think or Swim. It's a all in one brokerage account. I am able to trade stock, options, futures. The commission rates are alot lower then any in Canada for people with low start up captial to trade with. I am just starting out so I am learning to trade anyways so I wouldn't be putting alot of captial into the market anyways. Buy and Hope is dead so start to learn how to trade this market. It's going lower before it goes higher so learn how to short stocks.

Real Estate Investing

Went to a Rich Dad real estate investing workshop and going to take the introduction workshop. I hope to learn some basic terms and techniques to real estate investing. Can't wait for the market in Canada to crash and burn so I can take advantage.
